My Functional Journey™ | Functional Intelligence Platform

My Functional Journey™ Functional Alpha/MVP · Public Release Coming Soon

From guided capture to longitudinal functional intelligence.

My Functional Journey™ is functional software within the GHBI healthcare ecosystem. The current alpha/MVP supports subject organization, guided multi-view biomechanical capture, quantitative measurements, history, comparison and structured non-diagnostic reporting. Public app distribution is not yet available.

Trademark application pending.

A structured functional intelligence workflow

The product converts supported biomechanical observations into organized, quantitative information that can be reviewed and compared over time. It is more than a posture image and does not present its output as a medical diagnosis.

Capture

Guided, multi-view sessions

Create or select a subject, enter height and weight in metric or imperial units, choose the camera and capture standardized front, right lateral, left lateral and posterior views.

Analyze

Measurements and landmarks

Supported captures organize anatomical landmarks, joint-angle measurements, postural relationships, alignment, symmetry, knee-valgus observations and foot-progression measurements.

Organize

Regional functional information

Results can be structured by head and neck, shoulders, arms, hips and pelvis, knees and feet, with confidence information where supported.

Track

History and longitudinal review

Capture history keeps repeat sessions connected to the subject so measurements and regional information can be compared across time.

Report

Detailed, exportable output

Multi-view reports can present landmark visualizations, measurements, alignment and symmetry information, regional summaries, compensation-pattern observations and non-diagnostic notes.

Product boundary: Outputs are image-derived functional and biomechanical information. They require appropriate context and professional interpretation when used in healthcare.

See the workflow in action

These purpose-built illustrations translate verified alpha/MVP functions into a clear visual story. They are not literal screenshots, diagnostic reports or promises of features beyond the current product scope.

Illustrative four-view guided biomechanical capture on tablet and smartphone
1 · Guided capture

Standardize the starting point

The workflow guides front, right lateral, left lateral and posterior views with framing and positioning support. Height, weight, units and camera choices help preserve the context of each session.

Illustrative regional analysis with landmarks, alignment, joint angles, symmetry and confidence indicators
2 · Measure and organize

Turn supported landmarks into structured information

Anatomical landmarks and supported relationships can be organized into joint-angle, alignment, symmetry and regional measurements. Confidence information helps reviewers understand the quality and limits of image-derived results.

3 · Track and report

Compare the functional story over time

Capture history, multi-view records, regional measurements and longitudinal trends can be brought together for structured review and supported report export.

Illustrative product visualization: Values and interface details shown in these images are examples created to explain the workflow. Actual output depends on the supported capture, product version and available measurements. Results are non-diagnostic.

How a capture becomes comparable information

The current workflow follows a repeatable sequence designed to preserve the source capture, the measurement context and the history of change.

Select the subject

Create and manage subject profiles, search existing subjects and review capture history before starting a new session.

Prepare the session

Record height and weight, select metric or imperial units, choose the camera and follow positioning and framing guidance.

Capture four views

Acquire standardized front, right lateral, left lateral and posterior views individually or through the guided session.

Derive measurements

Supported processing identifies anatomical landmarks and calculates quantitative joint-angle, postural, alignment and symmetry information.

Organize and report

Store the session in capture history, review regional results and confidence information, generate detailed reports and export supported output.

Non-diagnostic by design: My Functional Journey™ provides objective functional information for organization and review. It does not diagnose disease, prescribe treatment or replace examination by a qualified healthcare professional.

What the development numbers mean

These figures describe the working alpha/MVP and early product-development activity. They should not be confused with clinical validation, commercial traction or the number of photos in one assessment.

60+ landmarks

Anatomical reference points

This means the current computer-vision workflow can organize more than 60 body landmarks within supported captures. It does not mean the user takes 60 photographs.

60+ preliminary captures

Development sessions completed

More than 60 structured capture sessions have informed product development across two early clinical settings. This is preliminary use—not an accuracy or clinical-effectiveness claim.

25 surveys

A contextual library

The MVP includes 25 patient-reported survey instruments or structured questionnaires. The relevant workflow determines which are used; a person is not expected to complete all of them every time.

Functional information organized by region and time

The system is designed to make complex capture output easier to review without reproducing known report-labeling defects or turning observations into diagnoses.

Head and neck

Supported head position, camera tilt and related postural measurements, presented with measurement context and confidence where available.

Shoulders and arms

Shoulder-height relationships, upper-extremity joint angles and left/right alignment information derived from supported views.

Hips and pelvis

Pelvic tilt, hip-height relationships and regional symmetry observations organized for review and future comparison.

Knees

Joint-angle and knee-valgus observations from supported captures, presented as measurements rather than diagnostic conclusions.

Feet

Foot-progression angles and left/right comparisons with confidence information when the landmarks meet supported capture conditions.

Longitudinal record

Capture-to-capture history connects regional measurements and reports so change can be reviewed against the individual subject’s earlier sessions.

How it relates to Global™

My Functional Journey™ is the functional capture, analysis, tracking and reporting experience within GHBI’s healthcare technology portfolio. Its public app release remains upcoming. Global™ is the provider platform. They contribute to a shared longitudinal direction but remain distinct products for different users.

Global™ · Providers

Professional workspace

Structured assessments, longitudinal review and future AI-assisted EMR interoperability under organizational controls.

My Functional Journey™ · Individuals

Personal experience

Guided check-ins, education, organization and a personal functional timeline with user-directed sharing choices.

Separate product: XOX26 is GHBI’s creator-technology product. It is not part of this healthcare workflow and should not be used for clinical records or protected health information.
Medical limitation: My Functional Journey™ is informational and organizational. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a medical condition and does not replace licensed professional care.

Frequently asked questions

Direct answers about the upcoming app and the guided functional workflow.

Does one assessment require 60 photographs?

No. The standard posture workflow uses four guided views. “60+” also describes anatomical landmarks and, separately, the number of preliminary development capture sessions completed to date.

Do I complete all 25 surveys?

No. The library supports different workflows. Only the questionnaires relevant to the selected check-in should be presented.

Does the app diagnose a condition?

No. It organizes information and supports understanding. It does not diagnose, prescribe treatment or replace a qualified professional.

Can a provider see my information?

Future sharing should occur only through authorized workflows and user choices, subject to product settings, organizational controls and applicable requirements.

When can I download it?

My Functional Journey™ is coming soon. The App Store and Google Play buttons will be activated only after the official public listings are available.
