This policy applies to XOX26, the upcoming video creation, scripting and teleprompter app operated by Global Human Biomechanics Intelligence Systems, Inc.

Information we may collect

• Account and profile details.
• Scripts, prompts, recordings, audio, images, captions, brand assets and other content you choose to create or upload.
• AI-assisted suggestions, transcripts, translations, edits, derived clips and related processing metadata.
• Device, log, usage, crash and security information.
• Support communications.

How information is collected

Information may be provided directly by you, created through features you use or collected automatically through device, security, crash and usage logs. Camera, microphone and photo-library access is requested only for features that need it, remains subject to your device permissions and can be changed in device settings.

AI-assisted processing

Upcoming AI-assisted features may process content you select to suggest scripts, transcribe, translate, clip, reframe, enhance or generate creative material. We will identify an AI feature before use and explain material content categories sent to an external provider. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate and require human review. XOX26 does not use AI outputs to make solely automated medical, legal, financial, employment or emergency decisions.

We do not authorize service providers to use XOX26 content to train general-purpose models unless that use is separately disclosed and any legally required choice or consent is provided. Provider, retention and control details will be disclosed before an external AI feature is activated.

How we use information

To provide, secure and improve the product; process selected creative features; synchronize content when enabled; respond to support; comply with law; and protect users and rights.

On-device and cloud processing

Current exports may run only on the device and may require XOX26 to remain open. A progress screen does not by itself mean content was uploaded or that cloud processing will continue after closing the app. Future persistent cloud jobs will be clearly identified before content is transferred.

Content and permissions

You must have rights and permissions for people, music, images and other materials in your content. Do not use XOX26 to store protected health information or confidential clinical records.

Sharing

We may use service providers for hosting, storage, AI processing, analytics, security and support under contractual restrictions and protections consistent with this policy and applicable law. We may disclose information when legally required or as part of a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

We retain content and account information as needed to operate the selected service and meet legal or security obligations. Retention may differ between device-only work and a future cloud feature and will be disclosed in the product. Request deletion through XOX26 Account & Data Deletion. If XOX26 allows account creation, it will also include an in-app account-deletion option.

Your choices and contact

Depending on location, you may request access, correction, export or deletion; withdraw consent where applicable; or change device permissions. Email service@globalbiomechanicsai.com and identify XOX26. Withdrawing consent may limit features that need the related information.

Children and changes

XOX26 is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy prospectively and will revise the effective date.
