App Account & Data Deletion
Delete an app account and associated data.
This public request path is provided for the upcoming My Functional Journey and XOX26 apps. Each app will also provide an in-app deletion option when account creation is available.

How to submit a request
- Email service@globalbiomechanicsai.com from the address associated with the account.
- Identify the app: My Functional Journey or XOX26.
- State whether you want the entire account deleted, specific data deleted, or both.
Do not send passwords, full medical records or government identifiers by email. We may ask for limited information through a secure method to verify identity.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the request, verify identity and process eligible deletion. The account will not merely be deactivated or frozen when full deletion is requested.
Data that may be retained
Limited transaction, security, audit, legal or de-identified records may be retained when permitted or required. Backup copies may persist temporarily until routine deletion cycles complete.
