Terms for the separate video studio and teleprompter product.

Acceptable use
Use XOX26 lawfully and only with content, likenesses, music and materials you have the right to record, upload and publish.
Your content
You retain ownership of your lawful content. You grant GHBI the limited rights needed to host, process, secure and provide XOX26 features, including AI-assisted features you choose. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, publication decisions and third-party platform rules.
Artificial intelligence transparency
XOX26 may offer AI-assisted scripting, transcription, translation, clipping, reframing, enhancement or generation. We will identify these functions before use and explain what content is processed. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate and always require human review. XOX26 does not guarantee accuracy, virality, revenue or acceptance by a connected platform.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not use XOX26 for illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive or privacy-violating content; unauthorized access; malware; protected health information; deceptive impersonation; unlawful deepfakes; fake reviews; fraud; or high-impact medical, legal, financial or emergency decisions.
Processing and background execution
Current exports and uploads may run on the device and require XOX26 to remain open. A progress indicator does not mean a persistent cloud job exists. When cloud processing becomes available, it will be clearly identified with understandable status information. A task is not guaranteed to continue after the app closes unless the product expressly confirms that capability.
Third-party services
Connected platforms and service providers—including YouTube, Meta, Apple, Google, Microsoft and future AI providers—have separate terms and privacy practices. GHBI does not control their availability, content review, API changes or publication decisions.
Product availability
XOX26 is coming soon. Features may change, be limited or remain under development. References to AI-assisted editing, persistent cloud processing or direct publishing describe planned or evolving capabilities unless explicitly marked available in the product.
Intellectual property
XOX26 software, interfaces, documentation and original brand materials are owned by or licensed to GHBI. These Terms do not transfer ownership.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, XOX26 is provided “as is” and “as available.” GHBI is not responsible for third-party platforms, publication outcomes, interrupted device-only processing or indirect damages. Keep backup copies of original files.
Termination and deletion
We may restrict unlawful or unsafe use. You may request account and data deletion through our XOX26 public deletion page.
