Smart Rehab is intended to organize movement education, general guidance, professionally assigned plans and progress information. It does not diagnose disease, prescribe individualized treatment, replace a healthcare professional, create a provider-patient relationship with GHBI or guarantee any health or performance result.

Not for emergencies

Do not use Smart Rehab for emergencies or urgent symptoms. Contact emergency services or an appropriate healthcare professional. Stop an activity and seek guidance if symptoms worsen or a movement appears unsafe.

Professional responsibility

Healthcare professionals remain solely responsible for clinical judgment, informed consent, suitability, progression, documentation and compliance with applicable professional and privacy laws. Software suggestions and summaries require human review.

Accounts and authorized use

When accounts become available, users must provide accurate information, protect login credentials and use only authorized accounts and data. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected components, upload unlawful material or access another person’s information without permission.

User content

You retain rights you lawfully hold in content you submit. You grant GHBI and its service providers a limited license to host, process, display and transmit that content as necessary to operate, secure and improve the service under the applicable privacy notice and your settings or consent.

Demonstration and synthetic data

Previews may contain simulated or synthetic examples. They should not be interpreted as real patient outcomes, clinical evidence or promises of performance.

Availability, changes and future subscriptions

We may test, modify, suspend or discontinue pre-release features. Proposed Basic, Advanced and Professional levels are not final offers. Any future price, billing, renewal and cancellation terms will be disclosed before a purchase is completed.

Intellectual property

GHBI™, GHBI Smart Rehab™, product designs, software, documentation and original content are owned by or licensed to Global Human Biomechanics Intelligence Systems, Inc. These terms do not transfer ownership.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, pre-release services are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, clinical accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. GHBI is not responsible for decisions made without appropriate professional judgment or for uses that violate these terms.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or terminated for security risk, unlawful activity, misuse or material violation. Users may request account closure and deletion through the published deletion process, subject to lawful retention requirements.
