GHBI Smart Rehab Privacy Notice

Pre-release privacy information for the upcoming GHBI Smart Rehab application.

Pre-release notice. GHBI Smart Rehab is under development. This notice describes intended practices and may be updated before or after public release as features, vendors and legal requirements evolve.

Information we may collect

Depending on the released features and your role, information may include account and contact details; profile information; movement, exercise, adherence, effort and discomfort entries; optional photographs or videos; professional plans shared with you; device and technical information; support communications; and consent records.

How information may be used

Information may be used to deliver and secure the service, organize plans and functional history, display progress, support users, improve usability, investigate technical issues and conduct product or research validation when appropriate consent and oversight are in place.

Health-related information

Some information may be health-related. GHBI does not sell protected health information, use it for third-party behavioral advertising or use photographs for facial identity recognition. When a healthcare organization provides access to Smart Rehab, that organization may have its own legal duties and privacy notice.

Artificial intelligence and derived information

AI-supported features may organize, summarize, translate or explain submitted information. Such outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not diagnoses. Eligible derived or de-identified information will be used for research or validation only under applicable consent, contractual and legal requirements.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared with authorized professionals, organizations you direct us to work with, vendors that support hosting, security, analytics or communications, and authorities when legally required. Vendors receive only the access reasonably necessary for their role and are expected to protect the information.

Retention, deletion and choices

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the service, security, legal obligations and legitimate validation work. You may request access, correction, withdrawal of eligible consent or deletion by following the Account & Data Deletion process or emailing service@globalbiomechanicsai.com. Some information may be retained where law, security, contractual obligations or properly de-identified research records require it.

Security

We plan to use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

Children and eligibility

Public age requirements and guardian-consent rules will be stated at launch. Smart Rehab is not intended for children to use independently where parental or professional authorization is legally required.
